ICF is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead contractor-side backlog readiness for a federal data platform project. Remote work with preference for DC Metro area; occasional onsite client meetings in Washington, DC.

The role requires US citizenship, 6+ years in product management or related roles, and experience with AI/ML, cloud analytics, and agile methods. Strong stakeholder collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as Product Manager/PO/BA or similar in AI initiatives.
• Experience translating business needs into epics, features, and user stories.

Responsabilités

• Owns contractor-side backlog readiness for the delivery domain and translates needs into features and acceptance criteria.
• Leads discovery, stakeholder clarification, backlog grooming, dependency id, decision tracking, and sprint-ready stories.
• Supports senior PM and VA Product Owner; does not override government priority or acceptance.
• Apply Agile product mgmt, requirements analysis, and backlog refinement to support role delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, governance, quality, and customer-facing teams.
• Document decisions, risks, and delivery evidence for traceability.
