Job summary

ICF International is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the Platform Enablement & Customer Solutions pod for Summit. This role focuses on training delivery, white-glove enablement, customer demonstrations, and post-provisioning support.

You will coordinate workload and escalations across writers, engineers, and product teams, ensuring value realization for customers. The position is remote with a strong preference for DC Metro area residents; occasional on-site client meetings in Washington, DC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or four years of relevant experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience aligned to role responsibilities.
• Experience leading enablement, customer success, onboarding, or training teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Platform Enablement & Customer Solutions pod and deliver Summit-specific training, enablement, demonstrations, and post-provisioning support.
• Coordinate workload, delivery commitments, escalations, and adoption outcomes across multiple roles.
• Partner with product, engineering, security, governance, and other stakeholders to remove adoption barriers.
• Document work products, decisions, risks, and delivery evidence for traceability and continuous improvement.
