Job summary

ICF is seeking a Sr. Growth Enablement Specialist to support State & Local market growth across EEI. This remote role, US-based with occasional travel to Reston, VA, leverages cross-functional teams to create compelling, story-driven sales materials and training.

You will build value propositions, develop collateral, and maintain a scalable enablement library to win public sector work nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience marketing or selling enablement in the public sector or government-focused services.
• Ability to develop clear value propositions for external audiences.
• Strong project management with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to execute an enablement roadmap for State & Local Government initiatives.
• Develop messaging across four lines of business to resonate with buyers.
• Create sales enablement collateral: brochures, case studies, and presentations.
• Develop editable PPT graphics that convey complex ideas clearly.
• Solicit feedback and analyze collateral performance for improvements.
• Maintain a Sales Enablement Library with current materials and case studies.
• Monitor state policy, funding and regulatory trends to keep efforts innovative.
• Contribute to a learning culture with knowledge sharing.
• Propose fresh ideas from outside perspectives.
