Job summary

ICF International is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to build and maintain automation for Summit cloud environments and customer workspaces. You will develop infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, secure configurations, and release automation while ensuring changes are peer-reviewed and auditable to VA standards.

Remote role with preference for DC Metro area; occasional onsite client meetings in Washington, DC. Requires U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
• Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
• Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains automation provisioning, configuring, securing, and releasing Summit cloud environments.
• Develops infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, secure configuration patterns, secrets integration, release automation.
• Works with security, architecture, SRE, and QA to ensure changes are peer-reviewed, auditable, and VA-compliant.
• Applies IaC, CI/CD, Azure/GovCloud, Git, automated provisioning, and secrets management to support delivery.
• Collaborates with product, engineering, security, governance, quality, and customer-facing stakeholders as required.
• Documents work products, decisions, risks, and delivery evidence for traceability and improvement.
