Job summary

VERSANT Media, LLC is seeking a Technical Lead to guide the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of its Time and Workforce Management ecosystem. This hands-on leadership role drives platform architecture, delivery, and operations for SAAS/PAAS offerings across HR, Payroll, and related domains.

You will build and lead blended teams, partner with stakeholders across Time, Payroll, HR, Broadcast, and Product, ensure security and governance, and mentor engineers while optimizing

Qualifications

• 6+ years software engineering experience with 2+ years leading medium to large delivery teams.
• Proven full-stack architecture and development practice background.
• Experience delivering enterprise apps with multiple SaaS integrations.
• Proficient in agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define platform standards and roadmaps for Time & Workforce Management solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from design to production and support.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and release management for stability.
• Mentor engineers and manage internal and contracted delivery partners.
• Ensure security, governance, and data integrity across systems.
