Job summary

ENDICTUS seeks a Mid-Level Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support a DoD customer in San Diego, CA. You will design, develop, automate, and maintain business solutions using Power Platform within a Microsoft 365 environment, collaborating with government stakeholders.

You will build Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards, align with governance standards, and deliver documentation, training, and end-user support to enable mission success.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years hands-on experience developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Canvas and Model-Driven app development experience.
• Integration with SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook and other 365 services.
• Automated workflows and business-process solutions experience.
• Production-grade apps in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• ALM, environment management, security roles, governance knowledge.
• Power BI dashboards, reports, and data model creation.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• User training delivery experience.
• Agile development familiarity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• U.S. Citizenship required; able to complete background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into automated Power Platform solutions.
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain production-ready apps using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Develop automated workflows to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Design and implement ticketing, workflow, and business-process management solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, Dataverse, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Develop interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models for leadership and operations.
• Execute system integration and user acceptance testing.
• Support deployment across development, test, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure governance and lifecycle standards are met.
• Create user guides, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and maintenance procedures.
• Deliver end-user and administrator training, including train-the-trainer sessions.
• Track development with Agile methodologies and coordinate with stakeholders.
