Job summary

Worldpay seeks a Senior Product Manager for Platform and Developer Experience to define a modern technology platform used by developers, partners, and customers. You will shape experiences, tools, and capabilities that simplify building, integrating, and scaling solutions, collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to guide platform investments.

The role demands 7+ years in product management, strong technical acumen, and proven leadership in complex platforms with API ecosystems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience with APIs, platform products, integrations, or developer tools.
Experience managing APIs, integrations, platform products, or developer experiences.
Strong technical aptitude and systems thinking.
Experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer value.
Strong technical and strategic leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform and developer experiences.
Lead initiatives related to APIs, integrations, developer tooling, and platform capabilities.
Improve developer onboarding and implementation experiences.
Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams.
Establish platform success metrics and adoption goals.
Evaluate technology investments and platform opportunities.
Gather customer and developer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Communicate platform strategy to stakeholders and leadership teams.
