Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our growing B2B Embedded Payments team and shape the future of global commerce. You will own the product strategy for the payments platform, focusing on API integration, security, scalability, and developer experience.

You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle, drive market research and customer feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact APIs and solutions that power seamless B2B payments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years in payments/fintech.
• Strong understanding of B2B payments ecosystems (card processing, ACH, wires).
• Experience designing and managing APIs (RESTful, microservices, cloud).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for the B2B payments platform with focus on API integration, security, scalability and UX.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis and customer feedback to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize and deliver requirements.
• Design and manage scalable, developer-friendly APIs while improving integration speed and experience.
