Job summary

ACI Worldwide, a leader in global payments technology, seeks a Group Product Manager for Platform & API to own the API and developer experience platform. You will define the strategy, build the roadmap, and drive execution across API surfaces and SDKs to enable fast, reliable integrations for billers and internal teams.

You will manage a team of Product Managers across platform sub-domains, partnering with engineering leadership to ensure scalability and strong governance in a regulated payments

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years in product management, including platform/API experience at scale.
• Experience mentoring other Product Managers.
• Payments/fintech or regulated domain experience.
• Strong technical fluency to evaluate API design with Engineering.
• Proven ability to build roadmaps and strategies in ambiguous spaces.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the API/platform strategy and roadmap, including near-term execution and multi-year direction.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of API/developer experience products (discovery, roadmap, delivery, adoption, retirement).
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers aligned to platform sub-domains.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security/Risk, and consumer teams to drive platform adoption and standardization.
• Represent platform investment tradeoffs to senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations.
