Job summary

Chestnut Hill Realty, Inc. is seeking a Digital Platforms & Data Systems Manager in the Chestnut Hill, MA area to maintain digital platforms, optimize systems, and ensure data accuracy company-wide.

You will collaborate with departments across the portfolio to support reporting, streamline workflows, and enhance user experience. You will lead the Yardi ecosystem and related systems, establish governance standards, and drive cross-functional technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years experience with platforms/business systems, real estate/property management preferred.
• 2+ years project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and optimization of CHR’s core platforms to support workflows and objectives.
• Lead administration and day-to-day support of CHR’s Yardi multi-family ecosystem and related systems.
• Establish and maintain data governance, reporting consistency, and best practices for BI initiatives.
• Lead platform projects, enhancements, upgrades, and cross-functional tech initiatives with vendors and stakeholders.
• Oversee data flow and integrations between Yardi and connected platforms with secure, accurate information.
