Job summary

Chestnut Hill Realty is seeking a Digital Platforms and Data Systems Manager to maintain our core digital platforms, improve system efficiency, and ensure data accuracy and accessibility company-wide. You will work closely with departments across our portfolio to support reporting needs, streamline workflows, and enhance user experience.

You will lead the platforms to drive efficiency, accuracy, and insight through technology and data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years experience with platforms/business systems preferred.
• 2+ years project management experience preferred.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or similar environments preferred.
• Experience supporting integrated systems ecosystems including ERP/CRM and Yardi or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and optimization of CHR’s core platforms to support workflows and objectives.
• Lead administration and day-to-day support of Yardi Multi-family ecosystem and related systems.
• Establish data governance standards, reporting consistency, and BI initiatives.
• Lead platform projects, upgrades, and cross-functional tech initiatives with vendors and stakeholders.
• Oversee data flow and integrations between Yardi and connected platforms ensuring accuracy and security.
