Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking a Business Analyst with strong project management, data analysis, and workflow design experience to support the Alpha front-to-back client servicing platform.

You will contribute to State Street Core Data (SSCD) and Data Quality framework, analyzing current state, performing gap analysis, and proposing future-state solutions in a fast-paced, global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; 10+ years of financial industry experience across front office, middle (IBOR) and back-office systems, services and data domains.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Rally, RTC).
• Knowledge of financial data platforms and data quality concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design data quality solutions and onboard new clients to State Street’s Alpha front-to-back platform.
• Lead workflow analysis, data analysis and requirements analysis for current and future state models and architecture.
• Contribute to SDLC stages: design, integration/testing, implementation, and operational readiness.
• Develop subject-matter expertise on State Street’s Alpha Data Quality platform.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
• Triage production issues by reviewing code/logs and propose solutions.
