Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Six or more years of related experience.
• Certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted platform or custody subject-matter expert.
• Build relationships across custody operations, product, platform management, and other stakeholder groups.
• Translate business and operational needs into priorities and solutions.
• Support platform capacity, operational readiness, and evolving business requirements.
• Apply trade lifecycle knowledge to identify dependencies and support decision-making.
• Participate in complex custody conversations, including client-facing discussions when appropriate.
• Contribute to efforts that strengthen custody processes, platforms, and operational capabilities.
