Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager within the Custody Transformation organization to drive modernization of custody platforms and end-to-end processes.

You will lead strategic initiatives, partner across product areas and deliver solutions that improve business outcomes and efficiency. The role requires deep product management experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for customer-centric, data‑driven decision making in a fast-evolving financial services

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Product Management experience.
• Preferred: Agile, risk management, design systems, customer experience research, go-to-market, analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and interpret business data to meet needs.
• Activate cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities and set product vision and roadmap.
• Define outcomes and OKRs to prioritize features and break down work.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and drive the roadmap using OKRs.
• Collaborate with agile, design, technology and risk partners to deliver solutions.
• Understand technical aspects for modernization and debt reduction where applicable.
