Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Custody Network Manager to lead and optimize its global network of sub-custodian banks, cash correspondents, and market infrastructure providers across nearly 100 international markets.

You will influence client access to global markets, oversee risk, drive strategic initiatives, and partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure enterprise standards. Travel ~10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Global Custody or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with sub-custodian banks and market infrastructure providers.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes to identify and select service providers.
• Negotiate custody agreements, documentation, SLAs and fees.
• Monitor provider performance, financial stability and regulatory standing.
• Escalate major custody, settlement, cash and operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen network capabilities and reduce costs.
• Support new market openings and product launches.
