Job summary

MedRisk LLC seeks a Platform Configuration Engineer to prepare, configure, maintain, and deploy the StrataWare Bill Review application across QA and pre-production environments. You will work closely with Development, Configuration Management, QA, and Production Operations to keep environments stable and ready for testing and production releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
• Prefer minimum of three years deploying code in a production environment.
• Periodic weekend work required for release windows.
• Focus on delivering timely, knowledgeable customer support for complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, configure, maintain, and deploy StrataWare Bill Review across QA and pre-production environments.
• Serve as a liaison between Development, Configuration Management, QA, and Production Operations to ensure stable, correctly configured environments.
• Deploy regular StrataWare updates per schedule to ensure clients have the latest version.
• Maintain high uptime of the StrataWare QA environment.
