Job summary

Zuoyebang is seeking a senior leader to own policy analysis and monitoring across major app stores. The role focuses on root-cause analysis for removals, platform relations for rapid access during incidents, and designing an end-to-end compliance review framework from kickoff to launch.

The candidate will define Zuoyebang's platform compliance strategy and drive cross-functional SOP adoption at the company level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at Apple, Google, or comparable platforms.
• Independently owned compliance and appeals for a product with 10M+ DAU.
• Mobilizable relationships within platforms enabling cross-team collaboration within 24 hours.
• Experience through full recovery cycle of a large-scale product takedown and proven outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end policy analysis and monitoring across major app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play).
• Own root-cause analysis and appeals process for major app removals and review rejections.
• Build relationships with platform decision-makers to enable rapid information access during critical incidents.
• Spearhead design of an end-to-end compliance review framework from kickoff to launch.
• Define Zuoyebang's platform compliance strategy.
