Job summary

Amazon's Mobile App Foundations team seeks a Principal Program Manager to own the end-to-end release program for the Amazon Shopping app across iOS and Android. You will coordinate policy, risk, and cross-team delivery to ensure on-time submissions across global marketplaces.

You will build scalable processes, partner with Legal, Business Development, and feature teams, and communicate tradeoffs to senior leadership to keep releases moving smoothly at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years cross-functional program management experience.
• 7+ years managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience operating in environments with legal, regulatory, or policy constraints that require interpretation and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile release program across iOS and Android, driving cadence and preventing delays.
• Serve as point of contact for external partner relations on policy matters and build strategic relationships with platform counterparts.
• Frame tradeoffs clearly for senior leadership, drive resolution across org boundaries, and develop proactive policy monitoring frameworks.
