Job summary

Zuoyebang is seeking a senior leader to own policy analysis and monitoring across major app stores. The role focuses on root-cause analysis for removals, platform relations for rapid access during incidents, and designing an end-to-end compliance review framework from kickoff to launch.

The candidate will define Zuoyebang's platform compliance strategy and drive cross-functional SOP adoption at the company level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at Apple, Google, or comparable platforms.
• Independently owned compliance and appeals for a product with 10M+ DAU.
• Mobilizable relationships within platforms enabling cross-team collaboration within 24 hours.
• Experience through full recovery cycle of a large-scale product takedown and proven outcomes.

Job description

• Lead end-to-end policy analysis and monitoring across major app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play), and build a company-level compliance early-warning and decision-making mechanism.


• Own the root-cause analysis and appeals process for major app removals and review rejections, converting individual incidents into institutionalized organizational capabilities.


• Build and continuously expand relationships with key decision-makers on the platform side, ensuring rapid access to information and efficient cross-team collaboration during critical incidents.


• Spearhead the design of an end-to-end compliance review framework spanning from product kickoff to launch, reducing platform risk at the source.


• Define the company's platform compliance strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at Apple, Google, or comparable platforms; independently owned compliance and appeals for a product with 10M+ DAU.


• Possesses directly mobilizable mid-to-senior-level relationships within the platforms, able to activate cross-team collaboration within 24 hours.


• Has been through the full recovery cycle of a large-scale product takedown, with demonstrable success stories.


• Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution able to drive cross-functional SOP adoption at the company level.
