As a Platform Engineer, you’ll own end-to-end initiatives, influence architectural decisions, and build scalable backend systems in a small, high-ownership team. Flexibility and autonomy define our culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience with ownership of major initiatives.
• Experience in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred; Azure exposure welcome).
• Strong fundamentals across languages and cloud platforms; adaptable mindset.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building scalable, reliable backend systems in a platform team setting.
• Own cross-cutting initiatives end to end with autonomy.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and drive awareness across teams.
• Drive and modernise CI/CD pipelines for faster, safer delivery.
• Develop internal tools and infrastructure (AWS, Terraform) to improve speed and reliability.
• Own observability and anomaly detection to ensure platform uptime.
• Share knowledge through code/design reviews and pair programming.
