Job summary

Relativity in Minneapolis is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join the Automation Services and Infrastructure organization, overseeing platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. You will define product direction, establish health indicators, and partner with engineering and customers to deliver secure, scalable platform solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management across multiple lifecycle stages.
• Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products—APIs, SDKs, extension frameworks, security primitives, or cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platform architecture (Azure preferred) and AI-enabled SDLC environments.
• Data-driven: use data to set goals, size bets, monitor product health, and adjust course.
• Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Active user of AI tools to prototype, synthesize research, draft specs, and move faster.
• Mentor or coach to junior product managers, even without formal reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog. Prioritize based on customer impact and dependencies.
• Define what done means across incubation to adoption and hold to it.
• Run structured discovery with developers, engineering, and ISVs to surface issues and validate ideas.
• Make hard scope calls on what ships this quarter and what is deferred, with documented rationale.
• Drive velocity while preserving quality and reliability across the platform.
• Apply the right model for discovery vs. adoption as the product matures.
• Translate platform concepts into developer-friendly narratives and governance standards.
• Develop customer-facing documentation, enablement guides, and release notes for platform capabilities.
• Lead through influence across product, engineering, and go-to-market with data-driven collaboration.
• Track metrics: adoption, migration, platform reliability, and integration success.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to leadership and partners.
