enGen is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade digital applications across member experience channels. You will own end-to-end software lifecycle, champion PHI security, and drive architectural decisions from client experiences to backend services and data pipelines.

You will define service topologies, lead vendor migrations, and author ADRs while aligning technical strategy with business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Engineering or closely related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 9 years of experience in design/analysis of algorithms and scalable systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead resolution of technical and business problems with focus on scalability, performance, security, and robustness.
• Generate and evaluate technical solutions to meet product features and project plans.
• Explore new architectures and concepts to keep products cutting-edge.
• Participate in high-level development estimations to support roadmap execution.
• Present solutions to team and management to drive implementations.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
