Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Platform Architect to guide enterprise and public sector clients through Immuta-based data security and governance deployments, designing scalable solutions while ensuring compliance.

You will lead technical engagements, mentor remote teams, and collaborate with engineering and customer success to maximize platform adoption across Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS.

Qualifications

• Public Trust Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data governance, cloud data platforms and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with Immuta, Databricks and Azure.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS and GCP.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a remote team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable data governance architectures using Immuta.
• Lead customers through onboarding, proof-of-concept, and advanced use case expansion.
• Provide deep technical expertise in sensitive data discovery, access control, and activity monitoring.
• Collaborate with customer success managers and engineering teams to drive platform adoption.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues across Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS.
• Deliver hands‑on implementation support and serve as the go‑to technical resource for clients.
• Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
