Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a Product Management Analyst to support delivery of technology solutions across multiple platforms. You will gather requirements, write user stories, and translate business needs into detailed stories and functional specs.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to ensure alignment with objectives and timely delivery, while maintaining documentation and a proactive learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Write comprehensive user stories using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Document requirements, acceptance criteria, personas, and functional/non‑functional needs.
• Ability to read C# code and leverage API development, SQL Server, and testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Create user stories and requirements, including acceptance criteria and personas.
• Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to stakeholders and teams.
• Lead multiple platform initiatives to meet strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with onshore, near‑shore, and offshore development teams.
• Stay current with tools, technologies, and industry trends.
• Create technical and end‑user documentation for platform features.
• Manage a prioritized backlog with Epics, features, and stories.
• Read C# code and support API development, SQL Server, and testing.
