Job summary
PrismHR is seeking a Product Management Analyst to support delivery of technology solutions across multiple platforms. You will gather requirements, write user stories, and translate business needs into functional specs, partnering with product and development teams.
In this role you will manage backlogs, collaborate with onshore, near‑shore and offshore teams, read and understand C# code, and contribute to API development, SQL Server, and documentation efforts to drive platform initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience creating technical and end-user documentation with Jira.
- Experience with API development, SQL Server, and testing APIs.
- Strong written communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Write comprehensive user stories and requirements.
- Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Lead multiple platform initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with platform development teams across onshore, near-shore, and offshore.
- Create technical and end-user documentation for platform capabilities.
- Manage a prioritized backlog and organize requirements into Epics, features, and stories.
