You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and development groups to manage backlogs, ensure alignment with objectives, and drive successful delivery of platform initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience creating technical and end-user documentation with Jira.
• Solid understanding of API development and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Write comprehensive user stories with acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to stakeholders and teams.
• Lead multiple platform initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams including onshore, near-shore, and off-shore resources.
• Create technical and end-user documentation for platform capabilities.
