The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in Management Consulting or Customer Success, superb analytical skills, and an MBA or advanced degree. Qualifications

• 8+ years in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Customer Success roles.
• Proven ability to generate strategic insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with the metrics that matter to Platform leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and strategy for Platform Adoption.
• Analyze usage patterns to identify feature combinations that drive high retention.
• Design programs to categorize common 'failure modes' in stalled implementations.
