Job summary

CDPHP is seeking an IT Platform Administrator to ensure the availability and smooth operation of enterprise applications. You will monitor incidents, perform maintenance, and drive self-service automation while coordinating with business and technical teams.

Candidates should have solid Databricks experience and be capable of supporting diverse platforms across Linux/Windows environments, with strong problem-solving and documentation skills. Remote work may be available in some cases.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in CS/IT/MIS/Business/Analytics; 3 years of related work experience if no degree.
• Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Python, Bash, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, patch, and maintain enterprise software platforms for applications.
• Monitor uptime and performance; manage backups and configurations.
• Triage incidents, document root cause analysis, and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in on-call production support rotation, including off-hours.
• Develop and maintain release and change management documentation.
