Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Business, Analytics or relevant field; 3 years of related work if no degree.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, SQL).
• Basic knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, AWS Redshift).
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Salesforce, Pega, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile, ITIL incident/problem/change management.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, troubleshoots, patches, and maintains enterprise software platforms.
• Monitors uptime and performance; manages backups and recoverability.
• Triages incidents with cross‑functional teams; documents root cause analyses.
• Executes change management documentation and release notes.
• Participates in on‑call rotation and off‑hours support.
