• Installs, configures, troubleshoots, patches, and maintains enterprise software for reliable systems.
• Monitors uptime and performance; maintains backups and recoverability.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents with cross-functional teams; document root cause analysis.
• Develops and maintains change documentation and supports on-call rotation.
• Provides guidance across levels I–IV to optimize application delivery and security.
