Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in financial solutions to find dependable Machine Operators to support plastics manufacturing operations.

As a Production Operator, you'll help keep production running smoothly, ensuring materials, equipment, and finished products meet safety and quality standards while contributing to daily production goals and consistent product quality. Shift options include 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use basic computer systems to enter, review, or track production and quality information.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and productivity.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Ability to frequently stand, bend, squat, kneel, twist, push, climb, and lift/carry materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment while following work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Load, unload, sort, stage, and move raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Inspect plastic parts for dimensions, defects, quality, and specification requirements.
• Monitor equipment and report basic process or equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow proper procedures for material handling, storage, and disposal.
• Meet assigned productivity and production targets.
• Adapt to changing production priorities and schedules.
