Job summary

Pretium Packaging, a leading packaging solutions provider, is seeking multiple Machine Operators in Ohio to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate plastic molding machines, monitor performance, and perform routine maintenance while inspecting products for quality and making adjustments as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, plus experience with plastic molding machinery and reading technical drawings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines according to procedures.
• Monitor machines during operation and adjust as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines.
• Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Machine Operator

We are hiring for multiple Machine Operators to join our team. As a Machine Operator you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machines, monitoring their performance, and performing routine maintenance tasks. In addition, you will be required to inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical training/aptitude and technical training on packaging, plastics and printing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
