Job summary

Pretium Packaging is hiring multiple Machine Operators in the United States for its Cleveland-area operations. You will set up and operate plastic molding machines, monitor performance, and conduct routine maintenance to ensure production efficiency.

Responsibilities include inspecting finished products for quality, troubleshooting issues, maintaining materials inventory, and adhering to safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating plastic molding machines preferred.
• Strong understanding of plastic manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Mechanical training/aptitude and technical training on packaging, plastics and printing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Machine Operator
