Flexcraft is seeking a Process Technician for its Fort Worth plastics facility. This hands-on role focuses on running equipment, setting up machinery, and maintaining quality standards in a 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3). Day and night shifts are available with a $3.00/hour night differential.

You will monitor injection and blow molding machines, perform mold changes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation while upholding safety and GMP standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, Lean, or 5S environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support injection molding and blow molding machines.
• Perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and auxiliary systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance and basic equipment upkeep.
• Work closely with Quality to resolve issues and verify specifications.
• Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Complete setup, production, and maintenance documentation accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe, and audit-ready work areas.
• Support and mentor less-experienced team members.
