Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dependable Molding Technician for the night shift (6:00pm–6:00am).

You will support injection molding operations, set up machines, maintain equipment, and help keep a clean, safe production floor while working with the Shift Lead to complete daily tasks. The role requires a high school education or related training, ability to use hand and power tools, follow procedures and safety rules, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50 pounds

Qualifications

High school education or related training.
Ability to use hand and power tools and understand machine operations.
Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Willingness to work collaboratively and take direction.
Ability to stand for long shifts and lift 50+ pounds or more.

Responsibilities

Operate hydraulic lift and scissor lift table to move molds into injection molding machines.
Set molds into machines using specialized equipment and controlled procedures.
Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out protocols as applicable.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Molding Floor through sweeping, mopping, and regular machine wipe-downs.
Stock and organize molding cabinets and carts.
Assist with additional molding floor and machine duties as directed by the Shift Lead.
