Plastech Corporation is seeking a Process Technician to maintain process control in injection molding, execute mold changes, and support start-ups for efficient production.

The role offers a 6 on/3 off rotating schedule with two shifts and hourly wages ranging from $27 to $29 on 1st shift and $33 to $35 on 3rd shift, plus a $5,000 external bonus after 90 days. Pre-employment screening required.

Qualifications

• Maintain process control and quality in injection molding operations.
• Perform mold changes, set-ups and start-ups to meet production targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and adjust parameters to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Adjust processing parameters and tooling to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to reduce scrap and downtime.
