Flexcraft offers a predictable 2-2-3 schedule with built-in time off and a $3/hr night shift differential. You will monitor machines, perform mold changes, troubleshoot issues, and mentor teammates to keep production efficient

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing with plastics preferred.
• Ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot independently.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machines and keep production running efficiently.
• Perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues.
• Catch problems early and correct them before they escape.
• Work with Quality to verify product specs.
• Complete documentation and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Injection molding & blow molding machines
• Mold changes, startups, and process adjustments
• Auxiliary equipment (material handling, grinders, etc.)
• Quality measurement and process control
