Job summary

KI, a world class supplier, seeks a Plastics Process Specialist for the Green Bay facility on the 3rd shift. The role emphasizes training operators, following schedules, and maintaining quality in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

You will read schedules, assist with color changes and training, and help keep the department clean and organized. A high school diploma is preferred, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3rd shift availability preferred.
• Willingness to train operators on shift.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow schedule.
• Ensure operators have everything needed.
• Assist operators with questions regarding schedule, quality, etc.
• Mix material as needed.
• Assist with color changes.
• Assist with training of operators.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the department.
• Material handling within the department.
• Regrinding of scrap.
• Clean color pails and maintain color pail area.
• Make decisions regarding quality and other departmental decisions along with the Process Specialist.
• Largely focused on Operator training and development; willing to train and teach operators.
• Provide feedback to Plastic's Process Manager and Process Specialists about shift operation.
