Job Description:
KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Plastics Process Specialist to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility to work on our 3rd shift. 3rd shift individuals receive an hourly shift differential of $3.00. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties:
- Read and follow schedule
- Ensure operators have everything needed
- Assist operators with questions regarding schedule, quality, ect..
- Mix material as needed
- Assist with color changes
- Assist with training of operators
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the department
- Material handling within the department
- Regrinding of scrap
- Clean color pails and maintain color pail area
- Make decisions regarding quality and other departmental decisions along with the Process Specialist (Seek Process Manager advice when needed)
- Largely focused on Operator training and development. Must be willing to train and teach operators.
- Provide Plastic’s Process Manager and Process Specialists with feedback regarding the operation of the shift as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
Value Added Skills:
- Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required
- Team Player
- Computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to train on any shift
- Positive Attitude
Physical Requirements:
- Working in areas where it can get warm
- Working in a smoke free environment
- Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
Shift:
- This is a 3rd Shift position
- Hours are 10pm-6am Sunday night - Friday morning
- Shift premium of $3.00/hour
- Overtime during busy season
