Responsibilities

• Complete minor machine and mold repairs
• Assist maintenance technicians with machine and mold repairs
• Troubleshoot problems
• Complete mold changeovers
• Set up and process injection molding machines
• Provide direction to operators regarding schedules and rotations
• Provide updates to Lean Process Manager about department performance
• Complete daily shift reports
• Make quality-related decisions and contact Lean Process Manager when needed
• Complete shift reports, SPC charts, skid tags, box tags, and production out sheets
• Participate in 6s activities
