Job summary

Krueger International (KI) seeks a full-time Assemble Technician for our Green Bay, WI facility on our 3rd shift (10pm–6am, Sun night to Fri morning). Starting rate $20/hour with a $3.00/hour shift premium and overtime during busy seasons.

Responsibilities include operating injection molding machines, assembling chairs, and ensuring product quality. Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to train on any shift and work as part of a team.

• Assemble chairs, including packaging and labeling.
• Inspect parts for quality and pack labeled product.
• Clean work area and machinery.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award0winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Assemble Technician to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 3rd shift. 3rd shift individuals receive an hourly shift differential of $3.00. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties:

• Operate injection molding machines, including trimming and packaging of parts.
• Assemble chairs, including packaging and labeling of product
• Inspect parts produced to ensure quality
• Pack and label knockdown product.
• Clean work area/machinery.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

Shift:

• This is a 3rd Shift position
• Hours are 10pm-6am Sunday night - Friday Morning
• Starting rate of $20/hour
• Shift premium of $3.00/hour
• Overtime during busy season
