Job summary

Form Energy in Berkeley, California is seeking a skilled Industrialization Engineer to manage the lifecycle of thermoplastic components. This role encompasses everything from design to high-volume production, ensuring manufacturability and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing, or quality engineering.
• Deep knowledge of thermoplastic molding processes including injection molding.
• Proven capability to read and interpret complex 2D drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive technical lifecycle of thermoplastic components.
• Own and track minimum supplier deliverables per build phase.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering for 3D DFM reviews.
