Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing, or quality engineering.
• Deep knowledge of thermoplastic molding processes and secondary operations.
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex 2D drawings using GD&T principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical lifecycle of thermoplastic components from design to production.
• Ensure tooling and part accuracy align with program timelines.
• Conduct robust 3D DFM reviews and evaluate injection molding simulations.
• Champion Advanced Product Quality Planning with supplier teams.
• Manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests to validate corrective actions.
• Audit supplier process capability metrics over long production cycles.
