Job summary

- 3 – 7+ years of experience in plastics manufacturing, preferably injection molding.
- Experience with process development, tooling, and troubleshooting in a production environment.
- Familiarity with automation and robotics is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes and improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Lead manufacturing readiness for new product launches.
- Support daily production troubleshooting and escalation as needed.
