Job summary

Westlake Plastics Company is in search of a Director of Manufacturing Operations. This role involves leading manufacturing, supply chain, and warehousing functions while applying Lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10–15 years of operations leadership experience particularly in thermoplastics extrusion, a degree in operations management or a related field, and a proven track record of multi-site leadership. Exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential.

• Oversee daily operations ensuring safe and high-quality production.
