An ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on injection molding and Lean Manufacturing principles. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between $100,000 and $140,000 per year based on experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in injection molding.
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance programs and root cause problem-solving.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cross-functional team including production technicians.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.
