Job summary

King Plastic Corporation seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and prevent failures in plastics production equipment. You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Strong electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge with CMMS experience is required. The role involves collaboration with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve reliability and process efficiency.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in maintenance or repair in a plastics manufacturing or similar environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience with CMMS for work orders and maintenance logs.
Ability to read equipment manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to restore production equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on extrusion, conveyors, chillers, motors, and other components.
Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and safeguard schedule.
Document maintenance work with parts, labor, and time in CMMS.
Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and systems.
