Logoplaste is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage mechanical reliability for the plant and support the Plant and Production Manager with all aspects of maintenance.

You will ensure safe operation, perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced plastics environment. The role requires hands-on experience with mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

Competenze

• Minimum High School Diploma; Technical School Certification preferred.
• 3-5 years manufacturing experience in plastics technology or similar technical area.
• Strong mechanical maintenance experience and knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Demonstrated understanding of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Able to work independently, identify problems and improve.
• Good working knowledge of computer systems, including MS Office and SAP.
• Able to read directions and safety postings; show attention to detail.
• Willing to work flexible and/or extended hours and weekends as business demands.
• Able to operate a forklift and obtain certification.

Mansioni

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment to meet OEE and quality expectations.
• Follow Lockout/Tag out Policy and address unsafe conditions.
• Process equipment and maintain documentation for process changes.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
• Evaluate operator checklists to address production inefficiencies.
• Keep equipment clean and in showroom condition after maintenance.
• Record parts usage for SAP parts management and notify when stock is low.
• Coordinate with Production Manager on training needs and topics.
• Promote good housekeeping and GMP practices across the plant.
• Assist with equipment installation, wiring, and program changes as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic issues; review data to evaluate options.
