Job summary

HR Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager in the Evansville, IN area with plastics manufacturing exposure. You will lead maintenance teams, develop and implement procedures, and drive preventative/predictive maintenance programs to maximize machine uptime.

You will foster root-cause analysis, supervise technicians, collaborate with the Site Manager, and ensure timely equipment changes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership with supervision experience in an industrial setting.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees to perform maintenance functions.
• Develops, maintains and implements maintenance, quality, and safety procedures with Site Manager.
• Improves and schedules preventative/predictive maintenance programs.
• Fosters root-cause analysis and continuous improvement in the maintenance teams.
• Leads root cause analyses of machine breakdowns and designs countermeasures.
• Supports technicians with installation of new equipment and process changes.
• Supports production to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Standardizes routine maintenance with clear SOPs and documentation.
• Identifies and requests needed parts through the maintenance tracking system.
