Job summary

Accounting Search seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager for a manufacturing facility in Anderson, SC. You will lead the maintenance function to keep production equipment, utilities and facilities safe, reliable and efficient.

You will drive preventive and predictive programs, manage CMMS, and push OEE improvements while steering continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical training
• Proven maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing
• Strong preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance knowledge
• Experience with CMMS, maintenance planning, and work-order management
• Track record of improving OEE, uptime, MTBF/MTTR, and maintenance compliance
• Experience with automation, controls, robotics, and electrical/mechanical systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team with clear performance expectations
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs
• Manage CMMS, planning, scheduling, and work orders
• Monitor KPIs such as uptime, OEE, MTBF, and MTTR
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions
• Develop annual maintenance plans and coordinate shutdowns
• Oversee maintenance of production equipment, utilities, and facilities
• Drive TPM and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support automation, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and capital projects
• Manage budget, spare parts, contractors, and vendors
